Our Story
What started as a local concept has since grown into a multi-city community, with 7 locations in North America. Across every city, we stay true to our roots; prioritizing mindful movement, animal welfare, and meaningful connections, while supporting local shelters and helping cats grow into happy, confident cats.
OUR MISSION
Supporting animals in need through partnerships with shelters, promoting fitness and mental health through yoga, and creating spaces where people can connect with animals and find happiness: these are the values that guide us.
Every class puts those three things in the same room at the same time. The kittens get hours of handling and socialisation that make them easier to place. Our students get an hour away from a screen. And the shelters we work with get their animals in front of people who might take one home.
ANIMALS IN NEED
Shelter Partnerships
We host rescue-based yoga sessions whenever possible, giving shelter cats a chance to socialize and meet potential adopters in a calm and loving environment.
FITNESS AND MENTAL HEALTH
A restful hour
Forty minutes of all-levels yoga or mat pilates, taught slowly enough that a first-timer keeps up, then twenty minutes on the floor with the kittens.
CONNECTION
Bringing people together
People come alone, in pairs, and in groups of ten. The format works for all three, and the kittens have a way of introducing strangers to each other!
ADOPTION
Many of the kittens you meet are looking for a home.
As of September 2026, we’ve helped 30 rescue cats and kittens find forever homes through our classes and continue working hard to find shelters to collaborate with regularly.
